Analytical HPLC Pump with flow rate range 0.001-10.00 ml/min and max. pressure 60 MPa.This pump is equipped with the Pressure Compensation Learning algorithm. Thanks to this smart adaptive process, the pump regulates the rotation speed of the camshaft and measures its impact on pressure pulsation to minimize the output pulsation as much as possible. The algorithm, due to its adaptive capacity, is applicable for many combinations of pump working conditions (solvents, columns, etc.).

Separtrix PP03 are pulse-less triplex piston pumps designed for preparative chromatography applications - nevertheless, they can be used everywhere, where high pressure, precise flow without pulsations, and high resistance against corrosion are needed. Pumps are equipped with unique compact three-piston head for smooth flow and easy maintenance without a risk of leakage on connecting parts. Back flushed pistons are covered by a hard and chemically resistant polycrystalic carbon layer. Piston cylinders have low dead volume and samples injected through the pump appear low spreading.

The box is suited for handling liquids in ECOM gradient systems. It accommodates a container for solvent bottles and a four-way gradient valve.

The four-way gradient valve is controlled from the pump ECP2200(H) or ECP2300, and the gradient box ECB2005 must be ordered with the pump. New improved valve design reduces the formation of bubbles. New improved valve design reduces the formation of bubbles.

The pump's new sophisticated electronics allow achieving a precise low-pressure gradient. i.e., gradual changes of mobile phase composition by mixing up to four liquids at the pump’s entry.

The gradient profile can be defined through the computer or manually, using the display and keypad. Up to three 2L and one 1L mobile phase reservoirs may be put into the box.

Preparative pump with a very high output pressure of 15 MPa at a flow rate of up to 1000 ml/min. It has two pistons connected in parallel, with a diameter of 20 mm. It is suited for preparative liquid chromatography where high pressure is needed, etc. The advantage of this pump is a very stable run even at low flow rates. Also available in configurations made of certified bio-inert materials.

This pump is designed as an OEM / built-in unit.

When working with buffered solvents, it is possible to use pistons backwashing. 

The pump is supported by the software ECOMAC and Clarity.
